On Wednesday, Sept. 28th, Lincoln School students and staff, district staff, members of the Dumont Police Department, and community members paid tribute to Mrs. Dorothy Sperone, who we lost early in the summer of 2021. Miss Dorothy (as she was affectionately known) was Lincoln School's main crossing guard from 2001 to 2020. Together, the Lincoln School PTO and the Dumont Police Department P.B.A. contributed to a memorial signpost to honor her many years of service to the Lincoln School Community.
